Designed by MZ Architects, the creators of Aldar’s HQ, the new campus brings to life the core essence of the twofour54 ecosystem: connectivity, flexibility, and community. It will offer a connected campus, sustainable landscape design, custom-built offices, on-campus studios, production and post-production facilities, and indoor filming locations.
The new campus provides flexible co-working spaces for freelancers, entrepreneurs, and young talent, enabling them to innovate, collaborate and co-create, ensuring that twofour54 remains at the heart of the ever-changing workplace dynamics. In addition to the flexible co-working spaces, the Community Hub will feature dedicated spaces for twofour54’s Creative Lab, freelancers and AFS participants, as well as communal spaces for partners.
Following a 10-year partnership with Unity, Yas Creative Hub will be a platform for innovation and the Unity centre of excellence for the sector, housing a unique Gaming Hub for the region. 600+ partners including CNN, Vice Media and Unity Technologies will call Yas Creative Hub home later this year as well 1000+ freelancers, and 15000+ community members. The campus is expected to attract 16,000 professionals by 2030.
